Important Renewal Information

Registration Deadline
All registrations must be completed at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled training date

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
By Student:
No refund; may transfer to another date for ( 3 days notice required)
By Catharsis Admin Services:
If we must cancel a class, students will receive a full refund OR free transfer to any future date.
Notification will be provided at least 48 hours in advance when possible
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Arrival Time
Students must arrive by 8:00 AM for registration and check-in
Training begins promptly at 8:15 AM
Required Attendance
Full attendance is mandatory for the entire 7-hour training session
Students must be present for instruction AND exam
Leaving early before completing the exam results in automatic failure
Break Schedule
Lunch break: 30 Minutes
Required Items
Valid government-issued photo ID (for exam verification)
Laptop (if bringing your own) OR must have requested one at registration
Writing materials (pen/pencil)
Proof of payment/registration confirmation
EXAM POLICY
Exam Administration
Exam is administered on the same day as training
Exam begins at approximately 12:30 PM
Time limit: 2 hours maximum
90 multiple-choice questions
Passing score: 75% (68 out of 90 questions correct)
Exam Rules
No cell phones, smart watches, or electronic devices during exam
No books, notes, or study materials allowed during exam
No talking or communication with other test-takers
Breaks during exam must be approved by proctor
All exam materials must be returned to proctor
Exam Results
Results available the same day
Certificate will be emailed directly from ServSafe to the email address provided
Students can access certificates anytime at ServSafe.com
Failed Exam
Retake Policy:
Students who do not pass may retake the exam
Retake Fee: $85 (includes exam voucher + proctoring services) No training Included
Same-day certificate printing upon passing retake
Retakes do NOT include the training class (exam only, 2-3 hours)
